Riyadh, 24 February, 2025: Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC), wholly owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (“PIF”), has entered into an agreement to increase its ownership stake in Olam Agri from 35.4% to 80.01% for $1.78 billion.
